Shipping and delivery policy

MandiSetu is a marketplace. We do not own, store or transport the produce.

Who delivers

• The buyer and the seller agree on pickup or delivery, timing and transport cost between themselves when they trade.
• We currently serve buyers and sellers in Maharashtra, India.

Delivery steps in the app

1. After the buyer pays, the seller prepares the produce and marks the order as sent.
2. On arrival, the buyer weighs the produce and confirms the weight received. Both sides can add photos of the crop and the weighing slip.
3. The seller is then paid for the weight received. If the buyer does not respond within 48 hours of dispatch, the payment is released to the seller.

Problems with delivery

If produce arrives late, short or damaged, the buyer reports it in the app before confirming delivery. See our refund and cancellation policy.
